Gabrielle Channell - President Owned by Florida Real Estate Broker Gabrielle Channell (fka Gabrielle Morlock), GM Corporate Suites is based in Lakewood Ranch, FL. While Gabrielle’s real estate career started in 2004, it wasn’t until 2007 that she learned the unique business of corporate housing. By 2008, Morlock Enterprises LLC/DBA GM Corporate Suites was up and running.

After working for the Greenwald Group, Ryan went on to TigerDirect for six ears as Director of Retail Facilities to learn the commercial side of the real sate business. There Ryan built eight new stores and remodeled another dozen.
After getting married in 2014, Ryan joined his wife and got back into the residential real estate market, focusing on corporate housing, vacation rentals, and the luxury real estate market. Ryan looks forward to the future and growing this team exponentially. |

Based in beautiful Sarasota, Florida, GM Corporate Suites was founded by Gabrielle Channell, a seasoned real estate professional whose career began in 2004. Just a few years later, in 2007, she discovered her passion for the corporate housing industry—and by 2008, Morlock Enterprises LLC / DBA GM Corporate Suites was officially born.
How It All Started
In 2007, as the foreclosure crisis unfolded, Gabrielle began receiving requests from property owners asking if their homes could be rented as furnished units to help generate income and avoid foreclosure. It quickly became clear that this was not only possible—but also highly effective.
Gabrielle’s solution helped homeowners cover mortgages and offered vacationers and corporate travelers a much-needed alternative to traditional hotels. The result? A new business model that delivered convenience, comfort, and value for everyone involved.

Within just six months, demand outpaced supply. To meet the growing need for quality short-term housing, Gabrielle partnered with apartment communities, investors, and trusted third-party providers.
